Our friendly operator will take the call and help your customer as needed, making an effort either to answer your customer's query directly or to forward it to the appropriate party, immediately placing a call to the liaison officer that your company has appointed for us. We then make a written report and send it to your company (in email form) as a backup of our work and proof of the labor performed.
